What this site collects

This website asks for personal information in one place: the private-event request form. It collects only what you type — your name, email address, phone number, and the details of the event you are planning. Nothing is collected until you choose to submit the form.

How it is used

Chanks uses your submission only to review and respond to your request. Submissions are delivered through Netlify Forms, the form service of Netlify, the company that hosts this website, which processes each submission so Chanks can receive it.

What this site does not do

This site does not use analytics services, advertising, or tracking cookies, and Chanks does not sell the information you submit.

The map

The map in the Find Us section loads its imagery from OpenStreetMap. Like any web request, those requests are handled by OpenStreetMap’s servers and include your device’s IP address.

Retention

Requests are kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle them and to maintain ordinary business records.
